Our volunteers help make the Antelope Valley Fair & Alfalfa Festival possible year after year. In 2010, our Volunteer Program was refined with committees to support each area of the Fair from the Jr. Livestock Auction to Home Arts and more!

23rd Annual Home Show, 3/18-20, 2011

The 23rd Annual Antelope Valley Fair Home Show is just around the corner on March 18, 19 & 20, 2011. Vendor applications are available on-line by going to the upper left corner of the homepage, clicking “Calendar of Events” and then “Home Show.” All vendor space pricing and Home Show information will be in this section of our website or call (661) 948-6060, ext. 123.

Home Show activities include: landscaping and ‘how-to’ seminars, plant sales, drawings for free Fair 2011 concert and arena event tickets, the ever popular FREE ‘Tomato plant giveaway’ and more!

The Home Show is more than an idea resource for remodeling, home improvements or efficient gadgets. Attendees can learn about alternative energy usage or how to make clever cosmetic changes to their homes inside and out.

March 18: Noon – 6pm
March 19: 9am – 6pm
March 20: 9am – 5pm

Adults (ages 12-61): $5.00
Children (11 and under): free with paid adult
Seniors (age 62 +): $4.00.
Admission is FREE for Seniors on Friday, March 18

Before you “walk down the aisle…” walk down OUR aisles at the 7th annual A.V. Fair Bridal Show! !

When: Sunday, January 16th, Noon to 5pm Admission: Free Parking: $5.00 Special events planned for the show include a fashion show and raffle for a free weekend getaway to San Diego courtesy of Staybridge Suites in Palmdale, a Bridal Gown donated by The Bridal Place and 4 complimentary tuxedo rentals donated by Tuxedo Station. Raffle winners must be present to win!

Meet the Antelope Valley’s most sought after consultants, caterers, DJs, florists, photographers and more! This year’s showcase will include a broad range of vendors offering counsel and products from invitations to wedding cake samples, photography to flowers, decorations to disc jockeys and jewelry to catering services.

Many vendors will have special money saving offers, only for those attending the show. Food samples prepared by Friends of Fair, the A.V. Fairground’s in-house catering service, will be offered at the A.V. Fairgrounds booth in the Poppy Pavilion.
